Get your Local Eats on!
Visit the numerous Peel region farmers’ market including the three different Brampton Farmers’ Markets. From June to September between 7am to 1pm, you can check out vendors selling everything from fruits, veggies, meats, cheese, one of a kind craft items and so many more treats! Chat with a farmer and teach your kids where their food comes from. There are three markets you can visit in Brampton! Kids Innovation Workshop at the Peel Art Gallery and Museum
Do you have kids that are into coding? Want to foster their interest? Well, it’s your lucky day! Because on July 24th 2018 your kids can learn how to create computer code to program an interactive digital pet! How cool is that? Their digital pet will actually know how to react to sound, movements and other inputs. There are so many beautiful trails perfect for an afternoon bike ride or stroll. Take advantage of our short but amazing summer and explore all the different trails in Mississauga. You can find a trail that is perfect for your family, everything from short and easy, to a more challenging one. Port Credit Busker Fest
On August 17 to 19, visit Port Credit’s 12th Annual Busker Fest! This event is perfect for families with kids of any ages because who doesn’t love to see the best circus acts from around the world? Along with the non-stop entertainment of hundreds of buskers, there will also be a kids section. This section will have tons of activities to keep your kids busy and entertained.
