If you’ve been listening to or watching KT Confidential, you’ll already know that we plan to evolve as an organization and seek continuous improvement and growth. Not only in processes and overall client experiences, but in people. When I say that, it’s two-fold; it’s easier said than done. We pride ourselves on hiring the right people and training them properly –I wish more businesses embraced this idea.

On November 1st, 2020, we proudly announced the addition of Joanna Venditti to our team.  Joanna is our Marketing Manager with plans of her being a licensed REALTOR® in 2021.

There are a few things that we’re excited about… Firstly, Joanna has an interior design background, which you know is something we covet. Secondly, she has a social media presence that most people only dream of! This will surely contribute to success in her role as Marketing Manager, future Realtor, and the entire team. With monthly views of her blog, Nesting Story, exceeding thousands monthly, and tens-of-thousands of Followers and Subscribers on Instagram and YouTube, she has developed a passion and know-how for marketing and branding. We’re excited to innovate, refine, and produce more outstanding content for our clients and followers in the coming months.

If you know a little bit about us, you’ll know that we won’t hire just anyone. Sometimes to a fault. We’re picky! We want team members with the personality, ethics, and passion for emulating what we stand for and to motivate those around them.  This will result in memorable experiences for our clients and viewers and a positive environment for our team members. Saying this, there’s no question that KT has gained another employee who will set new benchmarks, raise the bar and lift us as an organization. And, that is something we’re excited about.
