What Will This New REALTOR® Cooperation Policy Mean?

Under the new Realtor Cooperation Policy, Realtors must add listings to the MLS® within three days of advertising the property to the public. This policy will come into force on January 3, 2024, and will have an impact on how properties are advertised.
