A home can be many things but a healthy home is one that is properly maintained in order to provide a safe space for you and your loved ones to reside. An excellent starting point when trying to determine the health of your home is having the ability to monitor things such as the humidity levels, air quality, and the air flow within the house. When these things are left unchecked the result can often times lead to a build up of mold around the house, as well as a build up of other allergens and toxins within your home. Since we are all spending so much time indoors at home these days we felt it was necessary to remind everyone about the importance of routine maintenance and cleaning in order to keep your house, and household, happy, safe, and most important, healthy.

The founders, Ariel Kormendy and Adrian Trott, started The Kormendy Trott Team, a real estate team based out of Halton region in Ontario, after both being in need of a change from their successful careers in the automotive industry and both experiencing the lack of service being provided in the real estate industry.
