What Buyers Don’t Think Of | KT Confidential EP 144

On this podcast, episode 144, Adrian and Ariel talk about certain aspects home buyers don’t consider when purchasing a home. There are often many elements that go over our heads because we are too focused on the overall property, Adrian and Ariel want to help you realize those things before you purchase.

Natural light is one of those features that can make even the most hardened homeowner swoon. Though always a plus, not all views are created equal—not in terms of what’s outside the window, but in terms of which way the window faces. Each exposure has its own personality, and it’s best to work with them rather than against them, as with all strong personalities.

Despite being the most basic of constructions, the necessity for a sidewalk is determined by a number of factors. The presence of sidewalks is mostly determined by population density (which is determined by zoning, sewage disposal technique, and lot size) and traffic (which is affected by car ownership, design of streets, and major street systems).

Cities can enjoy more lovely surroundings surrounding parks by offering a safe space for children to play and parents to bring their children. Residents benefit from a safe environment for physical activity as well as increased property values in the immediate area. Parks and recreation areas must have appealing designs and play areas for everyone if your community is to fully benefit from them.

All of that and more on KT Confidential – Real Estate Podcast.

The founders, Ariel Kormendy and Adrian Trott, started The Kormendy Trott Team, a real estate team based out of Halton region in Ontario, after both being in need of a change from their successful careers in the automotive industry and both experiencing the lack of service being provided in the real estate industry. They kicked off their careers in 2011 and quickly became a top-performing team in the country, ranking 17th of approximately 200 for Century 21 in 2017; as a team of just the two of them compared to much larger teams. They decided that they needed to take their team from being real estate agents in Milton to the rest of the GTA and beyond by expanding and servicing more areas. The team has since grown to have an administrative arm, media department and successful sales team operating a smooth running and successful business.
