The Rad Brothers (550 Ontario Street)

Owned and operated by Roger and Patrick Radojcic, these brothers have made their restaurant one of the hottest spots in Milton. You might not think a bar would be kid friendly, but with so many families in Milton, the Rad Brothers made sure they catered to them with entertainment, and of course, delicious food and drinks. The food is made fresh and you can really tell they put a lot of love and attention into it. You won’t find the typical pub fair here where everything is premade and microwaved.

They even have kids eat free every Mondays to Wednesdays.  How RAD is that?

What do we recommend? The Daily Soup from Mama Rad herself and their empanadas! Trust us, you will thank us for these recommendations.

This is the place to dig in and get messy with the kids.  Making meal times fun can be a challenge sometimes, but Memphis BBQ & Wicked Wings just does that. The team here have been cooking Southern BBQ for over 20 years and they have their flavours and skills down to the bone! They have a very affordable and kid friendly menu (for the “Piglets” as they call it) where everything is less than $7! You can get all the kids’ favourites – wings, burgers, ribs and chicken fingers; guaranteed to make the little piglets happy.  The restaurant is very busy and they do a lot of catering for parties as well. Get ready to roll out of the restaurant when you are done, you are going to be FULL!

Troy’s Diner (295 Main Street East):

Troy opened up his diner back in 2005 and ever since then, generations of families have been dining here and leaving with warm smiles and full bellies.  When you step into Troy’s Diner, you are instantly transformed back into the 1970s. With Coca Cola memorabilia displayed throughout the entire restaurant, you almost forget you are in Milton. Their menu is full of kid friendly meals like burgers, chicken fingers, all you can eat pancakes and even milkshakes! The milkshakes are super thick and might just give you a brain freeze.   Transform back in time and show your kids what a 70’s diner use to look like.
