Return and Refund Policy for kormendytrott.com

Effective Date: December 21, 2023 Thank you for shopping with KT Realty. This document governs all returns and exchanges of KT Realty (“kormendytrott.com”) (as defined below). If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our Return and Refund Policy carefully. KT Realty reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy in whole or in part at any time at its sole direction.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy, we establish the following definitions:
  • “Products” means all products sold at kormendytrott.com.
  • “Customer” means end-user customers that purchase directly from distributors or wholesalers.
  • “Company” (referred to as either “the Company,” “We,” “Us,” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to KT Realty, 229-330 Bronte Street South, Milton ON
  • “Orders” refers to your requests to purchase a Product from us.
  • “Website” refers to Renti, accessible at renti.ca.
  • “You” refers to the individual purchasing our product or the company or legal entity on whose behalf such an individual is using the Service, as applicable.

What’s KT Realty’s Return and Refund Policy?

We accept returns. You can return items purchased from us within 30 days of the original purchase date unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions, provided that they meet the following conditions:
  • The product isn’t used or damaged.
If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

Return Policy Exceptions

  • Apple Airtags must be returned in the original state, with the plastic seal still in place, and never removed. Any tampering will void option to return.

If your purchase is eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that you follow the steps below to start the return process.
  1. Notify usPlease notify us immediately of your intention to return or exchange an item. You can notify us: We will contact you via email if we have any questions or concerns regarding your Return and refund request.
  2. Ship it backThe following does not apply to the sale of digital products. If you purchased a digital product or service, please proceed to Step 3.Please ship the item(s) back to Us. You are responsible for the cost and risk of shipping the returned item(s), so make sure you use a reliable shipping company. Ship the item you wish to return to the following address: Product Returns ℅ KT Realty 229 – 330 Bronte Street South Milton ON L9T 7X1 We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit, so please ask the shipping company for the proper tracking information when shipping your items.  
  3. Inspection & RefundUpon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If you requested an exchange, we’ll ship the replacement item to your address within 24 hours of processing your return.

1. Visitor Etiquette: All visitors are required to maintain a respectful and safe environment in our client’s property by adhering to the following etiquette guidelines unless otherwise directed by a representative of The KT Team:

  • Footwear: Please remove footwear upon entry to help preserve the property’s cleanliness.
  • Washroom Facilities: Visitors are kindly asked to refrain from using washroom facilities.
  • Personal Belongings and Furniture: For privacy and safety, please avoid touching personal belongings or opening furniture not part of the sale. Examples include dressers, media consoles, and most free-standing furniture.
  • Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages are prohibited while touring the property.
  • Furniture: To respect our client’s space, please avoid sitting or lying on any furniture.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed within the property.
  • Children: Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring children follow these guidelines.

2. Visitor Tracking and Safety: To ensure the safety of our clients’ property and personal belongings and the security of our real estate agents, all visitors are required to provide accurate and complete contact information. This information is used to track attendees and ensure accountability.

3. Digital Communications and Follow-Up: By providing your contact information, you consent to receive digital communications from our real estate team, including information about this property, future open houses, and other relevant real estate opportunities. These communications may include marketing or promotional messages, and we aim to keep them relevant to your interests.

4. Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving digital communications at any time by contacting us directly at the contact points below or following the unsubscribe link provided in messages. Opting out will remove you from future marketing communications, although we may retain your contact information for internal records related to visitor tracking.
