2021 Real Estate Predictions | KT Confidential E112

On today’s podcast, Episode 112, Adrian and Ariel get right into their predictions for the 2021 real estate market.

2020 was an interesting year to say the least. With 2021 finally upon us, we thought we would start with our predictions on what we expect over the next 12 months. With most changes from 2020 still in effect we are likely to see the market remain hot as low supply and high demand continue to be prevalent in the local markets. Cottage country is going to be insane this year and if you were thinking of flipping a property or getting into the market as an investor, do it now at the beginning of the year. Keep in mind predictions are just that, predictions, and everyone has their own. Ours just tend to be pretty damn accurate.

Looking back on 2020, market predictions for 2021, and the best time to get into the market. All of that and more on today’s episode of KT Confidential – Real Estate Podcast.

The founders, Ariel Kormendy and Adrian Trott, started The Kormendy Trott Team, a real estate team based out of Halton region in Ontario, after both being in need of a change from their successful careers in the automotive industry and both experiencing the lack of service being provided in the real estate industry. They kicked off their careers in 2011 and quickly became a top-performing team in the country, ranking 17th of approximately 200 for Century 21 in 2017; as a team of just the two of them compared to much larger teams. They decided that they needed to take their team from being real estate agents in Milton to the rest of the GTA and beyond by expanding and servicing more areas. The team has since grown to have an administrative arm, media department and successful sales team operating a smooth running and successful business.
